Alevel maintenance

Maintenance Items( Monthly)

A. Check if theoil or water of machines leak, or there are any signs of damage;

B. Check the remote radiator, electrical machine and the pipes;

C. Check there is any unusual voice of the machine;

D. Check if there is enough battery water;

E. Check if there is enough machine oil;

F. Check if there is enough water in the radiator;

G. Check the filters of the machines;

H. Start the machines and keep it running for 15 minutes.

B level maintenance

Maintenance Items( Quarterly)

A. Check the cooling water and additive;
B. Check the radiators fan;
C. Check the battery electrolyte height;
D. Clean the battery and the Battery pile head;
E. Check the battery charger, radiator and the gensets connection;
F. Add lubrication oil to the fan drive device;
G. Clean the diesel strainer and the diesel cooler;
H. diesel tank dewatering;
I. Check if there is any unusual voice from the machine;

J. Check if the oil or water of machine leak, or there are any signs ofdamage;

K. Start the gensets and keep it running for 20 minutes, and check theoperation condition;
L. Check the machine oil and filter ( Every 500 hours, the first time: 250hours).

Maintenance Items( Semiannually)

A. Check the protection device andcharger;

B. Clean the crankcase ventilationinstallation;

C. Clean the diesel strainer and oil-waterseparator (If displayed);

D. Check the diesel filter (Every500 hours or every year);

E. Check the air filter, clean theair filter’s outer core.

C level maintenance

Maintenance Items(Annually)

A. Check and adjust injection timing;
B. Check the valve clearance and valve bridge;
C. Check the turbocharger’s axial and radial clearance;
D. Check the engine base;
E. Check the shock absorber;
F. Check the automatic rotating disk;
G. Inspect and repair the starting motor;
H. Inspect and repair the thermostat and water pump;
I. Add grease to the engine bearing;
J. Clean the engine; check the differential pressure of the diesel filterand air filter;
K. Inspect the insulation resistance of the alternator, and the operatoron duty is responsible for the daily maintenance;
L. Starting check, check if the oil, water, air leakage and if there isany unusual voice;
M. Check the oil height, the cooling liquid in the radiator, and payattention to the running condition of the engine.
