Every day (Every 10hours)

Checkif the oil, water , air leak;

Check the oilheight;

Check the coolingliquid height in radiator;

Check the lubricatingoil of air starting device;

Check the airfilter care instruction;

Check the differentialpressure of fuel filter;

Check the differentialpressure of oil filter.

Every 250 hours

Take S.O.S oil sample, and matters needing attentionof exchange engine oil and oil filter:

maintenance periods of three variousbottom bases are different;

Add cooling water additive;

Checktheradiator fan;

Checkthe batteryelectrolyte height;

Clean the battery;

Check the gensets, and the fan belt tensity;

Add oil to the fan drive device;

Diesel tank dewatering;

Check and adjust valve clearance, the size of injection time, and the valve auction rotating disk (when the first time of oil exchange).

Every 1000 hours

Check the engine’s protective device;

Clean the crankcase ventilator;

Clean the diesel coarse strainer/ oil-water separator;

Matters needing attention of exchanging diesel filter:

after exchanging the diesel filter, remove air by hand pump;

Exchange the inner core of air filter; clean the airfilter outer core;

Every 2000 hours

Check and adjust the injection timing;

Matters needingattention of adjusting valve clearance:

adjust the Valve Bridgefirst before adjusting the valve clearance;

Check the axial clearance of supercharger, it should be between 0.08-0.250mm, and the radial clearance should be 1.10-0.23mm.

Check the motor frame;

Check the shock absorber;

Check the automatic rotating disk of air valve.

Every 3000hours(Every 2 years)

Check and exchange the cooling water rubber tube.

Every 4000 hours

Check, repair orexchange the gas compressor;

Check, repair or exchange the starter;

Clean the cooling system;

Matters needing attention of exchanging cooling water:

If the cooling water is polluted, or the addictive is not from Cummins’sproduct, the time of exchange water should be shortened.

Lubricate the non-driving-end bearing.

Every 6000 hours

Exchange the thermostat;

Check and exchange the turbocharger;

Check and exchangethe starting motor;
Check and exchangethe water pump;
Check and exchangethe alternator.

Every 7500 hours
Check the monoblock pump (oil atomizer).

Every 15000 hours or 700,000gallons of diesel consumed
Engine overhaul;
Check the bent axle, camshaft, cam bearing, shockabsorber, fuel control rod tie, gear control tie, gear control tie axle sleeve, clapboard, drive device hedging, fuel control rack.

Test the monoblock pump (oil atomizer);

Exchange the piston ring, mainbearing, connecting rod bearing, the automatic rotating disk, oil seal at thefront and back of crankshaft;

Get cooling water analyze result.
