After the acceptance, the warranty period lasts for 1 year or 1000 hours of operation since the arrival date. We guarantee to supply qualified equipments and materials, and promise to exchange the broken components due to the production and installation for free within the warranty period. But the damaged parts due to improper use and normal deterioration are not in the free replacement scope.

The equipment will be tested before delivery, and testreports and quality certification are provided when delivery. The certificatesof origin and the factory inspection reports of the major components aresupplied as well.

After the warranty period, if the components fail due tolife anomalies (significantly shorter than the normal life), after checked andconfirmed by relative departments, they can be exchanged and maintained bysuppliers for free.

Within the warrantyperiod, an appointed professional after-sales service engineer is responsible to helpthe customers finish the normal maintenance and inspection of equipment.

After the warranty period, the buyers can annuallysign the Preventive Maintenance Plan and Service Agreement, and we areresponsible for the maintenance and spare parts supply.

Within the warranty period, thebuyers are responsible for the gensets routing inspection at their own expense quarterly,and we will supply a comprehensive performance test annually and the testreport for free. After the warranty period, we will still regularly sendtechnicians for the track service.
